We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologize if it is not. For whatever reason that you are not satisfied, we will work collaboratively with you to find an outcome that you’re happy with.

Faulty Item

Any of our products have a problem like:

  • has a defect; and
  • differs significantly from the product description;

You will have to

  • Inform about defect within 3 business day.
  • Email us at [email protected]. Please include order number, defect pictures and clearly stating the issue.

The type of remedy we offer will depend upon the circumstances. If your item is entitled for exchange or return, we will

  • Offer a partial or full store credit voucher or refund.
  • Replace the product (subject to availability).
  • Arrange for the product to return to us.

Please note: A refund will be processed to the same payment method used at check out. E.g.: If you have paid for your item using a gift card or credit note, then we will provide your return in the form of a credit note.

Change of mind

We will not be able to provide refund or returns on change of mind. However, we will happily offer a partial or full store credit voucher or exchange from available stock in store.

You will have to:

  • Inform within 3 business days after the delivery of the order and provide order number or proof of purchase.
  • 30 days to return an item(s) from the date you received.
  • Pay shipping and arrange for the product to return to us.
  • Ensure the product is not in used condition and is packed in similar way it was delivered.

Sale Items

  • For clearance items, ‘no returns’, ‘no refunds’, ‘no exchanges’, or ‘no credit note’ will be given.
  • For sale items, ‘no refunds’ will be given. Only ‘exchange or credit note on return if the item is majorly damaged

Returns Terms & Conditions

  • The credit will be the price of the product. Shipping amount charged will not be credited. As we don’t get credit from shipping company on return items.
  • Any coupon used during purchase cannot be used again for next order.
  • No returns, exchanges or refunds on clearance items.
  • No refunds on sale items.
  • The credit or exchange only given on items returned in their original packaging.
  • We accept no responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postal methods and are not received by us.
  • Without the items we cannot issue an exchange or credit for items that are misplaced during transit. We strongly suggest you send your returns using a traceable method like registered post or courier.
