We charge a flat rate of $12 for postage Australia-wide. Orders above AUD 200 qualify for free shipping.
Delivery of items is subject to availability, and Vibrant Interiors cannot accept responsibility or liability for any item it is not able to supply. However, we will offer you a store credit for any item that is unexpectedly delayed.
- Free shipping is only valid to delivery destinations within Australia.
- To qualify, your order must be greater than $200 after any sale discounts or coupons are applied. The order value is not inclusive of any quoted freight charges.
- This free shipping offer may be withdrawn or altered at anytime.
Online orders must meet the above criteria in full to qualify for free shipping.
We use multiple courier companies with a delivery time of 3 – 10 business days depending on stock levels and delivery location. Our couriers deliver week days only. The courier will be automatically selected based on the goods being shipped, the size and weight, delivery pick-up address and delivery location address.
Unfortunately Vibrant Interiors is currently unable to ship to PO Box addresses, Armed Forces Addresses or Private Parcel Lockers.
Bulky boxed items are only available for shipping within Australia. Some islands of Australia and all international destination countries are exempt from bulky boxed items deliveries. All customers will be notified if we are unable to deliver such items due to delivery restrictions.
- Incorrect address has been entered against the order.
- Incorrect Credit Card information was entered against the order. Please double check all details at time of order as you will only be charged once your details have been validated by our payment gateway.
- Personal details may need to be confirmed for fraud prevention if we are unable to verify the shipping destination. Sometimes we will require personal detail verification before dispatching orders to protect the card holder, and this may delay shipping.
- Occasionally if a particular product is in high demand we may need to re-order the product from our suppliers.
- We try and keep our stock levels updated at all times, but in rare circumstances items may have become unavailable. In these instances, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Once your order is dispatched you’ll receive an email from vibrant-interiors.com.au containing your tracking code, courier company name and a link to the courier company tracking page. If you do not receive this email and would like to obtain your tracking number please call Vibrant Interiors on 0421 040 899 or email at: email@example.com.
Once you have your courier consignment number, you can track your parcel by visiting the courier company website and clicking ‘Track My Order’ page (Or the tracking link provided in email by Vibrant Interiors). Enter your provided consignment number for tracking your order. Please allow 12 hours (after shipping occurs) for your parcel to register the courier consignment number against your order, before attempting to track your parcel. For all international orders please allow 24 hours before attempting to track your parcel.
If you don’t live in Australia, We will deliver to your country! All items featured on our website are available to be purchased by our international clients.
