Once your order is dispatched, the tracking number, carrier name and pick up date is updated on vibrant-interiors.com.au website. To see the details please login to your account and go to order page.
Once you have your courier consignment number, you can track your parcel by visiting the courier company website and clicking ‘Track My Order’ page. Enter your provided consignment number for tracking your order. Please allow 12 hours (after shipping occurs) for your parcel to register the courier consignment number against your order, before attempting to track your parcel. For all international orders please allow 24 hours before attempting to track your parcel.

- TRACK THE STATUS OF THE ORDER (PROCESSED, DISPATCHED, COMPLETED): You will have to login to your account that was created while placing the order. Click on the order Id to see the order status.
- TRACK THE PARCEL STATUS AT AUSTRALIA POST: Click to track the parcel after being dispatched from Australia Post. Enter the tracking number provided by Vibrant Interiors to track your parcel.

Any bulky items like cushion inserts/fillers will not be shipped outside Australia. Hence, any international orders where a cushion inserts has been ordered will be shipped without the insert and the price of the insert will be 100% refunded. In such orders, only the cushion covers will be dispatched.
